The four steps
Here's the full journey. Each step builds on the last.
Create your account
Sign up free — takes about two minutes. Later, from your account page, you'll connect Stripe so we can send payouts directly to your bank when a referral completes the 90-day mark. No recruiting experience or background check required.
Browse roles and submit a candidate
Look through our curated roles. When you find one that fits someone you know, share your personal referral link with them — they fill out the application themselves using your link, and you're credited as the referrer. Candidates don't need an account. Applying for yourself is also allowed; self-referrals still earn the reward.
Your candidate gets hired and stays 90 days
The company interviews and hires your referral. Once they start, a 90-day countdown begins. We verify they're still employed during that period. If they leave before 90 days, the payout doesn't go through — that's the one rule.
You get paid
After 90 days, your referral bonus is approved and transferred to you. Each role shows its bonus amount upfront — typically $5,000 to $25,000+ depending on the position.
What you'll see in your dashboard
Once you're in, your portal shows every referral and its status. Here's what to expect:
- •Pending — The candidate has just applied. We'll start reviewing them shortly.
- •Under Review — The team is evaluating the application before reaching out.
- •Interviewing — They're in the interview process. You can sit back and wait.
- •Hired — They got the job. You'll see a countdown (e.g., "42 days to payout") until the 90-day mark.
- •Paid — The 90 days are complete. Your bonus has been sent.

Can I apply to a role myself?
Yes. If you apply, get hired, and stay 90 days, you earn the referral fee. You're essentially referring yourself.
Does my candidate need to create an account?
No. Share your referral link with them and they fill out the application themselves through that link. You're credited automatically — no account needed on their end.
What if they leave before 90 days?
The payout doesn't go through. The 90-day rule protects companies from quick turnover. It's the same rule for every referral.
How much can I earn?
Each role lists its bonus. They range from around $5,000 to $25,000+ depending on the level and type of role. You'll see the amount before you submit.
